“The Lord Most High is awesome,
The great King over all the earth!
God is the King of all the earth,
And I will sing His praise.
God reigns over the nations;
God is seated on His holy throne.” (Psalm 47:2, 7–8)
Pause to praise God as King.
•Pray through Psalm 42•
Voice your own prayer in response to Psalm 42.

O Lord, revive Your work in the midst of the years,
In our time make them known;
In wrath remember mercy.” (Habakkuk 3:2)
“For God is my witness, whom I serve in my spirit in the gospel of His Son, how unceasingly I make mention of you in my prayers.” (Romans 1:9)
Pray for the following:

o Other special concerns among your family, friends, and acquaintances.
“O come, let us sing to the Lord;
Let us shout joyfully to the Rock of our salvation.
Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving;
Let us shout for joy to Him with psalms.” (Psalm 95:1–2)
“O sing to the Lord a new song;
Sing to the Lord, all the earth.
Sing to the Lord, bless His name;
Proclaim the good news of His salvation day after day.
Declare His glory among the nations,
His marvelous works among all people.” (Psalm 96:1–3)
